IF YOU COME TO HAVE A PARTY THIS IS NOT YOUR HOUSE! Its proximity to the sea, in just 1 minute on foot you will be on the best beaches in Marbella. Bright, cozy and recently renovated. Decoration with wood and natural fibers that make the space a relaxed atmosphere. Full kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher. Living room with lots of natural light throughout the day and dining area. Smart TV, Wi-Fi and separate work area. Nice garden with pool, shower and outdoor dining area. We live very close so we will be available if you need us. The house is located in Costabella, an urbanization by the sea to the East of Marbella, a very quiet area of independent houses. Public transport in Marbella is quite bad, the best option is to take a rental car or take a taxi.
